❌ No Return Policy (General)

We do not approve returns under normal circumstances. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned unless it meets the specific conditions mentioned below.

✅ Eligible Cases for Return / Exchange

We will approve return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective product

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong size

  • You received the wrong product

If any of the above issues occur, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos for verification.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available only for eligible cases

  • A ₹199 exchange fee will be charged for processing and shipping the exchanged item

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags

💳 Refund Method

  • We do not provide cash refunds

  • Approved return amounts will be issued as:

    • Gift Card / Store Coins

  • Gift Cards / Coins can be used for future purchases

  • Gift Cards are non-transferable and non-refundable

📦 Product Condition (Mandatory)

Returned or exchanged products must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Have original tags and packaging intact

  • Be in resale condition

Products showing signs of wear, stains, damage, or misuse will not be accepted.
